All products are print on demand. Items are produced individually once an order is placed.
This means:
• Products are made to order
• Small variations in colour, print placement, or finish may occur
• Product images are for illustration purposes

3. Pricing and payment
• All prices are listed in GBP
• Payment must be made in full at checkout
• Pricing may be updated at any time

4. Order processing
• Orders are sent to production after purchase
• Production times may vary depending on product and demand
• Delivery timelines are estimates

5. Shipping
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
• Responsibility transfers once the item has been dispatched
• Courier delays sit outside control

6. Returns and refunds
Due to the print on demand model:
• All sales are final
• No returns or refunds for change of mind
Exceptions apply only in the following cases:
Damaged or faulty items
• Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery
• Clear photographic evidence is required
• Images must show the product and packaging
If approved:
• A replacement will be issued
• A refund will only be issued where replacement is not possible
